For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. SHREE SAI ENTERPRISES is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 0-7 days rom the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. For standard shipping, orders will be delivered by the Indian courier service. Due to factors that commonly affect shipments, such as weather delays, holidays and customs inspections, we are unable to guarantee shipping times. These are only estimates. If you require expedited shipping, please contact us for availability and pricing.
Usually, we ship orders within 1 Business day across India. Please allow 1 day for your order to process. Be sure to add this duration to your shipping time estimates.
IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after purchase. Mobilove® is not responsible for destination country tax and/or duty charges that may incur. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country, prior to ordering.
We are not responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances.
If the order arrives in your country and...
- The customer refuses to accept the package
- No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package.
Mobilove® reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
An order placed from within the country is normally shipped within 1 business day. Post shipping the normal delivery time is 2-4 working days. We appreciate your patience. This timeline is subject to change due to both external and internal factors.
What is the price for the shipping?
For prepaid orders, there are no shipping charges. However, for products bought with the Cash on Delivery option, a charge of ₹ 49 shall be levied on each order.
Note: For products on discounts, the shipping charge is subject to change.
What if my order doesn’t get delivered?
Our courier partner will make three attempts to get your delivery to you. If he cannot deliver the product, then a refund shall be credited to your original payment method.
